Dl-dolls are handmade eco-friendly dolls created by designer of dl-couture, Danell Lynn.Each doll is one of kind made from a basic animal pattern created by the designer.Their unique personality comes about from the specific trimmings and individual touches added.We currently have four great kinds of dolls as featured (Couture dolls, Eco-Friends, Recycled Remnants, and Keepsake Creations).Animals that we currently make and can be ordered are: Rabbit, Elephant, Monkey, Giraffe, and Lion.
We use a soft silky 100% naturally antibacterial Bamboo Fiber fill inside all the dolls.The bodies depend on which doll creation you order.Couture dolls bodies are made with remnants of dl-couture gowns, Eco-Friends bodies are made from 100% organic cotton, Recycled Remnants bodies are made with 100% organic cotton and left over quilt scraps from designs of award winning quilter Kristina Green, and Keepsake Creations bodies are each made from the fabrics sent to us as a commission, some are special shirts, could be a baby blanket or t-shirts that have meaning from your travel, that collection is completely up to the purchaser and we look forward to the unique items you send us.
5% of all sales will be donated to Threading Hope, a humanitarian sub-company of dl-couture that will be used to deliver our donated quilts to orphanages, hospitals, and children in refugee camps in many underdeveloped countries.(To learn more about threading hope visit www.dl-couture.com)
